do not give cash to this guy, he did not fix my washing machine and got over 200 dollars from me kept me on the string for a week and half, did not answer phone calls, either showed up two hours early or late. We should not have to wait all day wondering when he will actually show up. in the process of working on our machine he broke another part. Then told us he could get a used part for us, but If he couldn't he would not charge us for a new one. Are you kidding me, of course he should pay for what he broke. Then he refused to give us a receipt for he money we gave him. We ended up paying double to get someone else here to give us a working appliance. Really, also we did some checking I looked all over and could not find any evidence he is licensed or bonded in the State of Oregon for this kind of work. No wonder he did not want us to have a receipt. Before you hire this guy, make sure you are willing to risk it. For a repair that should have cost about 300 dollars or so, we have paid over 600 having to pay two dif people to fix to where it works. What a joke on his one ad, There is nothing worse than an appliance that does not work. Well, I think waiting for almost two weeks for him to fix it, I had no other choice, or I would still not be able to use my Washer. Frankly he had a lot of nerve telling me that he was doing my a favor by not charging me for the part he, himself broke. Gee, what a nice guy!!!!!!

When our washing machine was making weird noises, we called on JS Appliance Repair to come diagnose the problem. He arrived at the time we agreed upon and immediately found the issue, repaired it and was on his way. Very happy and would call again.
